As part of the team, you will support the full journey — from preparation, coordination and creative development to market execution and performance review

Impact You’ll Own

  • Support the marketing agenda for the combustible products portfolio in the Czech Republic, covering product launches, product discontinuations, limited editions, packaging and product updates, communication materials and engagement activities for adult smokers, always within the applicable legal and regulatory framework.
  • Support the development and execution of brand communication across multiple channels by adapting global and regional materials for local market needs or by helping create local solutions where global materials are not available.
  • Coordinate day-to-day tasks across brand and portfolio projects, working closely with local, regional and central support teams to help ensure smooth and timely market execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the development and delivery of point-of-sale and trade communication materials, including key visuals, leaflets, brochures, retailer materials, trade presentations, price communication materials, product dummies and other printed or digital assets.
  • Work with agencies and internal teams to prepare, review and update marketing materials in line with brand guidelines, project briefs and approval requirements.
  • Support communication and engagement materials for adult smokers and retail partners, including digital trade engagement content and, where relevant, digital consumer-facing solutions, in line with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Help coordinate online and offline market communication to ensure that materials are delivered on time, in the right scope and with consistent execution across channels.
  • Prepare market, competitor and performance inputs to support business discussions, project decisions and performance review.
  • Cooperate with global, regional and local stakeholders, agencies and demand planning teams to support timely delivery of products, campaigns, marketing assets and portfolio updates.
  • Support marketing budget administration for assigned projects, including purchase order creation, forecast updates and invoice follow-up.

  • A candidate with curiosity, good communication skills and willingness to learn how marketing projects are developed and delivered in a complex business environment.
  • A collaborative team player with ownership, accountability and openness to feedback, able to follow through on tasks and contribute to a culture built on trust, inclusion and shared success.
  • Basic understanding of brand communication, retail execution, consumer engagement or fast-moving consumer goods is an advantage.
