Your impact

As Manager Scientific Engagement, you will operate as a trusted scientific partner and independent contributor, responsible for building and strengthening relationships within the medical and scientific community.

You will:

Design and establish scientific engagement platforms across CZ and beyond

Build trusted, peer-level relationships with healthcare professionals (oncologists, cardiologists, other specialists)

Act as a scientific bridge between medical experts and cross-functional teams
Drive scientific exchange and education through:
- Congresses, expert meetings, and seminars
- Publications and presentations
- - Contribute to understanding of clinical trials, data, and evidence-based insights
  - Lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders from sales, product, and digital
  - Represent scientific initiatives internally and externally
  Who we’re looking for
  
  We are looking for someone with credibility, curiosity, and the ability to engage at expert level.
  - Degree in preferably in: Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Life Sciences
  - Strong foundation and understanding of clinical environment (pathology, anatomy, oncology)
  - Experience in pharma, healthcare, or medical environment is essential
  - Exposure to:
    - Scientific publications & presentations
    - Congresses and medical events
    - Clinical trials / evidence-based medicine
  - Strong stakeholder and project management skills
  - Confidence in engaging senior medical experts
  - Ability to translate complex scientific data into meaningful dialogue
  - Self-driven, independent, and comfortable working without day-to-day supervision
  - Fluent Czech/Slovak and English
