Position Title:  Manažer Market Orchestration CZ

We are currently looking for Manager Market Orchestration

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

1. Manage team of 5 Project Leads, responsible for commercialization initiatives across PMI SFP platforms

2. Managing development and deployment of CZ Smoke- free Products initiatives like NPLs- new product launches, campaigns, promotional activities, etc aimed to fulfill comprehensive multi-category commercial initiatives plan for individual commercial cycles, ensuring all necessary cross-functional alignment, overall feasibility for deployment and delivering on the set SFP strategy.

o Key interlink between SFP and Commercial Operations CZ leading the deployment of a set of programs, projects and comprehensive initiatives that aim to accelerate acquisition, ensure retention and advocacy of consumers acquired.

o Closely collaborate with all key SFP Category / Channel / Program leaders.

3. Managing deployment and deployment of multicategory pilots to expand PMI understanding of Multicategory strategies through market testing of innovative solutions, talking points or other initiatives.

§ Closely collaborate with OC/ regional counterparts and market leadership team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

· Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across various departments.

· University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field

· Experience in sales or marketing, in the consumer goods industry, preferably in a multinational environment (5 years min.)

· Project management experience (2 years min, 5+ members)

· Proven Team management skills

· Fluent Czech/Slovak and English is a must

· Advanced level MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
