We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.
As a Key Account Executive in the tobacco industry, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and wholesale partners. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize sales, increase market share, and ensure the overall success of our products in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, distributors, and wholesale partners.
2. Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets. Identify and pursue opportunities for growth in the key account segments.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer preferences.
4. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Product Promotion: Work closely with marketing teams to promote our products effectively, including product launches, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.
6. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with key accounts to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
7. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability to meet customer demands.
8. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and improve sales performance.
9. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all industry regulations and company policies, particularly regarding the sale and marketing of tobacco products.
10. Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and distribution, to ensure alignment and success.
Qualifications:
• University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in key account management (3+ years).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
