HnB Portfolio Specialist

We are currently looking for a new colleague into our Heat not Burn (IQOS) Category team in Prague, who will take care of CZ & SK portfolio and commercialization projects to shape our PMI Smoke Free vision. You will monitor market trends and consumer behaviour, supervise new product launches and lead their commercialization in close cooperation with other departments (commercial, digital, project leaders, supply chain).

Your main tasks will be the following:

• Analyze market trends, present outcomes to Category team on monthly basis
• Prepare data and power-point decks related to product portfolio changes
• Maintain projects submission process based on agreed portfolio calendar, incl. project updates
• Ensure all product assets are developed correctly and timely, according to project timeline
• Lead product development within local projects, actively cooperate on regional projects
• Supervise portfolio changes readiness in our systems in tight collaboration with digital team
• Lead product commercialization projects and their evaluation
• Drive continuous improvement (KPIs monitoring, process optimization, reporting automation)

You should have/be/know:

• Good collaboration and communication skills; team player
• Resilience to work in fast-paced environment
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills (using excel, power BI, power point)
• Willingness to learn technical details about our products and systems, with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, coordinate other teams and deliver on given goals
• University degree preferably in marketing, economics, business administration
• Advanced English, native Czech/Slovak
