Business Development Planning Analyst

The purpose of the job:

Empowering smart business growth by actively supporting the management team and key stakeholders through strategic alignment, in-depth analysis of performance and market data, proactive monitoring of external factors that may impact our business and laying the foundation for volume and pricing strategies

Strategic stakeholder liaison and analysis:

Act as the primary contact for key business stakeholders, including the management team, while analyzing market data and forming underlying assumptions for volume and pricing strategies. Collaborate to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

• Analysis and decision support:

Drive the development of financial models, scenarios and timely ad-hoc analyses to facilitate management decision-making, working closely with category leads to identify opportunities and risks.

• Performance oversight and improvement:

Monitor execution of the volume and pricing plans, track key performance indicators, and analyze market data to identify areas for improvement.

• Effective business partnering:

Cultivate strong working relationship and serve as a business partner for various internal customers, providing valuable insights and support.

• Risk management and monitoring:

Identify and monitor risks and changes that could affect volume and pricing planning and execution, proactively addressing potential changes.

Skills and competencies:

• Education: University/ College
• 3+ years in analytical level role.
• Sufficient experience in budgeting, forecasting and reporting ideally with demonstrated successful ownership of an area.
• Advance knowledge of Czech and English language
• Advanced knowledge of ERP Systems, MS office and powerBI.
