As our Brand Engagement & Activation Strategy Manager, you’ll lead the strategic direction of brand engagement across all categories in the Czech Republic. You’ll translate global brand positioning into locally relevant, omni-channel experiences that drive awareness, equity, acquisition, and loyalty.This is a high-impact role where creativity meets strategy, and where your ideas will directly influence how consumers connect with our brands—across festivals, retail environments, and beyond

 

🔑 Key Responsibilitie

  • Define and lead brand engagement strategy across all categorie
  • Develop holistic activation concepts tailored to local consumer needsOwn engagement at LAMPs, festivals, and brand retail environments
  • Lead and coach a team, fostering growth and development
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class activations
  • Use insights and data to optimize performance and ROI

 

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • University degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in FMCG, brand experience, or engagement roles
  • Strong strategic mindset and consumer-centric approach
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
  • Creative thinker with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Fluent in English and Czech
