To help us achieve this, we need your help. We are currently seeking Czech or Slovak native speaker to join our category team as Senior Brand & Commercialization Specialist in Prague. You will play a key role in driving brand strategies for our biggest Heat not Burn brands, such as IQOS.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Senior Brand & Commercialization Specialist who will work on creating brand strategies, campaigns and execute plans for our Heat not Burn brands. In this role, you will work closely with senior management team and cross‑functional teams to turn consumer insights into strong, relevant brand strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Brand Campaigns and the way they are commercialized: Create and guide strategic campaigns that support our goals. Work with different teams to turn consumer insights into effective marketing activities.
- Manage Calendar: Oversee the yearly plan for campaigns and launches. Make sure everyone is aligned and campaigns are delivered on time by coordinating across departments.
- Go-to-Market Launches: Develop plans for new product launches and important initiatives, working closely with other teams to ensure they are successful and relevant to our customers.
- Track Results: Monitor how campaigns are performing using key business and consumer metrics. Share results and learnings to help us improve.
- Build Brand Strategy: Help define our brand’s direction, making sure it matches our vision and stands out in the market. Ensure our brand message is clear and consistent everywhere.
- Communication: Develop local communication materials or transcreate with local touch global toolboxes and make sure our brand stays consistent across all channels.
- Co-operate closely with brand engagement team to unsure consistent brand experience in our brand retail, events and legal age meeting points.
- Use Consumer Insights: Bring in consumer trends and feedback to keep our brand and campaigns relevant. Work with research teams to identify what our customers want and need.
- Align with Strategy: Make sure everything we do supports our larger company goals. Act as a brand guardian and help ensure all our actions are consistent and compliant.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 6+ years of experience in Brand Marketing in FMCG.
• Proven experience in developing and executing brand campaigns and performance-driven projects.
• Strong project management skills – ability to structure, prioritize, and lead projects from conception to completion.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities – capable of identifying challenges, designing solutions, and driving actionable outcomes.
• Ability to adjust and react fast in fast changing environment, experience preferably from FMCG companies.
• Track record of managing cross-functional teams and external partners to align efforts and goals.
• Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak is required for both internal and external communications.
