To help us achieve this, we need your help. We are currently seeking Czech or Slovak native speaker to join our category team as Brand & Commercialization Specialist in Prague. You will play a key role in driving brand strategies for our biggest Heat not Burn brands, such as IQOS.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Brand & Commercialization Specialist who will work on creating brand strategies, campaigns and execute plans for our Heat not Burn brands. In this role, you will work closely with senior brand colleagues and cross‑functional teams to turn consumer insights into strong, relevant brand executions.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow in brand strategy and commercialization, building campaigns from end‑to‑end and seeking opportunity to growth into more senior role. It is a role that combines creativity, strategy and real business impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Communication & Local Adaptation

  • Cooperate closely with senior colleagues on adapting global brand toolkits to local markets and create as well local brand campaigns across channels.
  • Support the implementation of brand strategy across all touchpoints.
  • Lead development of local communication materials across channels.
  • Help maintain clear and consistent brand messaging in all executions.
  • Co-operate closely with brand engagement team to unsure consistent brand experience in our brand retail, events and legal age meeting points.

Campaign Development

  • Lead the preparation and execution of brand campaigns that support business goals.
  • Lead the project groups with cross‑functional teams.
  • Help adapt plans to ensure they are relevant for local customers and channels.

Consumer Insight Application

  • Work with available consumer insights and research outputs to create relevant insights for campaigns and activations.
  • Help bring consumer and market perspectives into brand discussions and materials.

Performance Tracking & Learning

  • Monitor campaign performance using key business and consumer metrics.
  • Prepare summaries of results and key learnings to help improve future activities.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Compliance

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand activities are aligned with company strategy and meet all compliance requirements.
  • Act as a brand guardian in day‑to‑day execution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of experience in Brand Marketing in FMCG.

• Proven experience in developing and executing brand campaigns and performance-driven projects.

• Strong project management skills – ability to structure, prioritize, and lead projects from conception to completion.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities – capable of identifying challenges, designing solutions, and driving actionable outcomes.

• Ability to adjust and react fast in fast changing environment, experience preferably from FMCG companies.

• Track record of managing cross-functional teams and external partners to align efforts and goals.

• Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak is required for both internal and external communications.
