Position Title: B2B Operations Specialist

We seek a B2B Operation Specialist for our Czech B2B E-shop, handle product, customer, and promotion setup, maintain the e-shop, and collaborate with other departments and LSP.
As part of your responsibilities, you will:
• Overses and maintain the B2B eCommerce platform in Salesforce, ensuring system reliability and efficiency
• Set up and manage product details, pricing, and promotional campaigns to align with business needs within the B2B e-shop platform to ensure accurate and timely information for all stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT and logistics partners to resolve technical problems and optimize workflow processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and call center, including Commercial, Business Intelligence, and Market Channels, to ensure smooth operation and alignment with business objectives.
• Support retailers and internal field force, helping improve user experience
• Perform reconciliation tasks to ensure product and order data consistency.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and manage B2B e-shop systems
• Oversee stock, product, pricing, and promotions; onboard new retailers.
• Monitor, collect, and analyze data regularly.
• Ensure B2B system integration and identify market improvements.
• Work with internal teams to boost e-shop sales.
• Support B2B e-shop operations; coordinate with other departments and the call center.
Required Experience & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Query, data validation, consolidation, VBA basics, and advanced functions).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA or Confluence.
• Over 1 year of experience managing customer master data
• Single Point of Contact for support and troubleshooting
• Fluent in Czech/Slovak; advanced English required
• Strong analytical skills and communication skills and ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills
• Experience leading functional meetings and driving alignment
• Customer-focused troubleshooting and user support
• Hands-on system maintenance and follow-up
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus, but not required•
