Your Day-to-Day 

This on‑site role is based in Montenegro. You will play a key part in supporting commercial performance through data-driven insights, close collaboration with distributors, and continuous improvement of sales and operational processes. You will work at the intersection of analytics, commercial execution, and project coordination, contributing to both short-term performance and long-term business optimization. 

• Analyzing sales, market, and operational data, interpreting analytical reports, and identifying trends, deviations, and commercial opportunities. 

• Preparing clear, structured, and actionable reports for internal teams and management to support informed decision-making. 

• Developing proposals to improve sales processes, commercial results, and existing operational models based on data and market insights. 

• Supporting the development and implementation of commercial initiatives, services, and projects from initial concept through execution. 

• Maintaining regular communication with the distributor regarding operational, sales, and project-related activities, while tracking execution and addressing operational challenges. 

• Coordinating internal teams, external partners, suppliers, and agencies to ensure timely delivery and alignment of initiatives. 

• Preparing and leading briefs for new initiatives, campaigns, and services, as well as coordinating updates of existing materials and sales processes. 

• Ensuring quality control of all materials delivered by suppliers and agencies in line with agreed standards. 

• Actively contributing to process optimization and proposing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 

Who We’re Looking For 

We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional with strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 

• A minimum of one year of work experience in the FMCG industry, with a focus on sales and distribution. 

• Completed secondary education is required. 

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. 

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, with strong proficiency in Excel (analytical models, pivot tables, reporting). 

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data from multiple sources and translate insights into clear business recommendations. 

• Experience in preparing reports and presentations for management and cross‑functional teams. 

• Good understanding of commercial operations and basic project coordination. 

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, distributors, and external partners. 

• A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• A valid driving licence.
