Your Impact

 

As a TSS Trainee, you will support our Process and Asset Engineering teams in improving production performance, maintaining equipment reliability, and driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll develop valuable technical skills while contributing to projects that enhance productivity, quality, and operational excellence.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

Production Process Support

  • Assist in maintaining sustainable manufacturing processes and equipment standards.
  • Monitor production processes and support initiatives to improve efficiency and eliminate operational losses.
  • Analyse production performance and recommend improvements when process parameters fall outside established standards.
  • Support the development and maintenance of process documentation, work instructions, and operating procedures.
  • Assist in training production employees on manufacturing processes, systems, and operational standards.

Asset Management Support

Working closely with the Asset Engineer, you will:

  • Support the procurement of spare parts from local suppliers.
  • Assist with managing sub-assembly components and equipment lifecycle activities.
  • Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
  • Help maintain accurate maintenance records within SAP, CMMS, and other maintenance systems.
  • Support spare parts planning, inventory management, and consumables budgeting.
  • Participate in supplier identification and evaluation to improve cost, quality, and service.

Quality, Documentation and Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure production documentation is maintained in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Assist in developing and reviewing process documentation, including process flow diagrams, risk assessments, and control plans.
  • Support internal and external quality audits and track corrective actions.
  • Participate in investigating non-conformances, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Monitor and follow up on improvement actions to ensure timely completion.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

  • Working experience to maintenance or asset management is a key requirement
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
