Purpose of the job:

Executes and leads the processes for eliminating losses by effective problem solving and process control to support in delivering business result of the assigned CC line and fully applying the Integrated Operating System (IOS) and PMI standards and policies.

Acts as the owner of (a) Center Line, (b) Rapid Change Over, (c) Change Management Daily Management System (DMS)s and also the owner of the integrity of the Line Event Data System (LEDS), (d) Reliability Engineering Tools - S Shape & Weibull and Loss Tree.

Acts as the process expert in problem solving and on floor troubleshooting. Build the capability of Line Structure and Line Teams the DMSs & Tools and role model in following Run To Target routines.

Your accountabilities:

1. Sustainability & legal compliance and adherence to the standard:

- Ensure full compliance with local legislation, company policies and practices and the IMS. Adhere to all Environment, and Health, Safety, and Security rules, policies and practices by applying and ensuring workplace and other employee in compliance with norms by local regulation.
- As the incident elimination DMS owner, he/she has to review safety incident investigations to ensure the corrective actions are in place.
- Execute weekly DMSs health checks to identify gaps and constraints in the organization and implement appropriate countermeasures accordingly.

2. QMS Compliance:

- Ensure compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and guidelines related to Quality of incoming materials, SFGs and FGs in line with the QMS.
- Ensure ownership of quality by focusing on quality at the source.
- Routine checks are done timely and efficiently, QFs and QIs are timely raised and addressed.
- Analysis and continuous improvement (IPS/UPS) towards elimination of potential quality losses.

3. Line Daily Direction setting:

- Participate on setting the 24 hours direction for the CC line(s) during the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and is actively involved in the execution of the daily plan.
- Provide data during the DDS meeting related to the line event data system.
- Responsible for following up Center Line, Rapid Change Over and Change Management DMSs and the use and quality of IPS/UPS tools.
- Provide data with corresponding analysis during DDS meeting and investigates losses assigned.
- Centerline (CL) Management.
- Create and establish CL targets & limits for the CC line(s).
- Be responsible to review, validate and update new CL standard of the line(s) in order to meet the business results.
- Develop the control strategies to enable operators to respond to out of control situations, furthermore ensures that documentation is in place and used in the line(s) whenever out of limit situations occur.
- Own and ensure the DMS is executed as per Standard and provides feedback or input to Regional Governance for improvement items.
- Develop and Improves Standards not limited to Daily Management Systems owned as Process Lead.
- Drive performance through loss elimination and continuous improvement.
- Lead problem-solving activities using standard problem solving tools such as IPS, 6W2H & UPS to solve the chronic problems on the line(s) in a timely manner.
- Drive centerline daily management system and loss elimination processes by applying standard tools according to Integrated Operating System (IOS) standards.
- As the Owner of Line Event Data Systems, he/she ensures the integrity of the data from his/her lines.
- Owner of the Reliability Engineering Tools such as S-Shape and Weibull.
- Provide support to Line Structure and Leadership in applying the RE Tools to support the analysis in building the team's 90-day plan.
- Own the PR Loss Tree and responsible in building an accurate data and information for the Line Structure action planning.
- Responsible in building capability of the LS and Team on PR Loss Tree and Reliability Engineering tools.

4. Rapid Changeover (RCO) Management:

- Create and establish changeover standards for all appropriate SKUs in the line(s).
- Review changeover critiques and coaches the team to identify and implement improvement opportunities to
achieve RCO success criteria’s and standards.
- Lead and participate actively in the Rapid Changeover events to identify additional opportunities for change over process optimization.

5. Capability building in problem solving and technical mastery:
- Build the capability of team on process failures technical troubleshooting and mastery of process transformation through coaching and delivering on the job training.
- Ensure the completion of the established training plan.
- Build the capability of LS and Line Team in the effective use of IPS/UPS and Work Point Analysis (WPA) tools

6. Change management:
- Lead change management processes including benchmarking and reapplication activities across appropriate production lines, business units and factory.
- Pillar member of FI Pillar.
- Support the Pillar leader in building the capabilities and delivering the Pillar Master Plan
- Own a DMS/tool at site level and/or acts as department point of contact (SPOC)
- Participate in Pillar routine
- Calibrate DMS/tool application within the site.
- Be responsible to certify employees on the DMS/tool.
- Work closely with the department to build capabilities

Your qualifications

1. Education:

- College/University<>Bachelor or Master degree or Technical High School

2. Work Experience:

- Overall Experience: 3+ years experience in Manufacturing
- Specific Experience: previous experience or exposure to people coordination / management activities would be an asset

3. Language Skills:

- English language is an asset, local language is a must
