Your ‘day to day’
- Plan and execute enterprise resource planning for finished goods, semi finished goods, direct input materials, short- and long-term capacity, components replenishment and sub-assemblies.
- Undertake demand-supply reconciliation through short term scheduling, mid- and long-term planning and resolve upstream and downstream risk from demand, production or material availability.
- Analyze current, historical and projected volumes to determine requirements and ensure timely availability of resources for seamless and efficient production process.
- Monitor and approve production plan, material requisition and purchase plan at external vendors, OEM or third-party manufactures.
- Sourcing and footprint planning.
- Address capacity issues and production levelling.
- Forecast materials, builds/validates forecast models and manage Supplier Relationship Management.
- Manage finished goods and raw material inventory to ensure optimal cost and cash.
Who we’re looking for

Min. College/University, Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration. Master’s degree in these areas is an asset.

Minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain (demand planning,logistics, production planning) in a global/multinational FMCG.

Experience in Manufacturing environment.

Track record as team player connecting well with peers and other keystakeholders outside of team.

Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain / production planning (site integrated planning). Experienced in structured way of working, ideally with defined planning process cycle.

Experience in Production Scheduling Software (ROSE); Production Planning Software (ideally E2OPEN software, E2PR)

Good knowledge of SAP, SAP APO and/or other relevant end to end planning solutions and optimizers

Analytical Skills - Ability to quickly process and understand complexity & ambiguity and define right solutions to tough problems. Business Acumen - Ability to think and act for the benefits of the company and the consumers, evaluate impacts of decisions on the company's metrics
