Your ‘day to day’

  • Plan, develop and coordinate End to End engineering projects
  • Ensure safe project execution by performing risk assessments and safety standards for employees and contractors.
  • Ensuring Contractor Safety Management System implemented.
  • Monitor CAPEX investments and track project performance on a monthly basis.
  • Lead feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and engineering analyses.
  • Coordinate project activities, scheduling and prioritisation to meet timelines and objectives.
  • Responsibility for documentation and ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal policies, legal requirements and ISO standards.
  • Review technical designs and drawings performed by contractors and consultants as well as supervise equipment installation, commissioning, and validation processes.
  • Ensure correct handover of equipment and registration in relevant systems (e.g., SAP, SAMDB).
  • Maintain clear and structured communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track financial performance, monitor cash flow, and prepare regular reports for management and steering committees.
  • Drive continuous improvement, collaboration, and standardization of equipment and processes.
  • Support organisational change processes and ensure accurate validation before implementation.

 

Who we’re looking for

  • Min Bachelor degree from Technical major
  • Min 1-2 years of experience 
  • Good in english
