YOUR "DAY-TO-DAY"

  • Lead the end-to-end process of market and operations project deployment related to New Product Launches, Temporary Editions, and Maintenance.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of market project deployments related to New Product Launches, Temporary Editions, and Maintenance with Operations stakeholders, based on the market brief, for low- to medium-complexity projects.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments with the Global Specification & Packaging Lead and other Operations stakeholders to ensure the product is feasible to produce, capacity is available, and material lead times are achievable to meet the desired commercial date.
  • Work independently to resolve obstacles during project deployment by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to identify root causes, corrective actions, and preventive actions. Manage escalations to management for decision-making when required.
  • Share project briefs and coordinate with Global Specification and Packaging Leads to ensure development is executed accurately and aligned with the project timeline.
  • Support the deployment of Global Operations-driven initiatives focused on productivity opportunities and product improvements.

 

 

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Have experience in engineering, project management, specification, or packaging.Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
  • Have good stakeholder management skills and experience; BOM (Bill of Materials) creation and management knowledge is a plus.
  • Agile, collaborative, a team player, customer-oriented, and a quick learner.
  • Knowledge of project management, regulatory requirements, PPMD systems (PLM, Digichain), tobacco industry acumen, PMI Business Processes & Practices, Market & Operations processes, Product & Packaging components, associated Printing & Converting processes, and Manufacturing Process knowledge.
