Position Title:  Prod & Pack Dply Sr Specialist

We are looking for a Product & Packaging Deployment Leader based in Sukorejo. This role will lead deployment of global specifications and be responsible for planning and executing packaging deployment projects for market and operations, working closely with the Project Deployment Leader.

As a Product & Packaging Deployment Leader, you will closely communicate with internal business partners as well as external partners located worldwide. You will assume responsibility to ensure finished goods and meet market requirements, compulsory packaging information requirements, and Philip Morris International Policies and Standards.

Your Day to Day

• Conduct feasibility based on market brief on Global Specification and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to assess the technical aspect e.g. Machine capability, material specification. Identify packaging technical capabilities and solution to deliver market requirement
• Manage product design data in Product Lifecycle Management system & Cloud Lean Innovative Product Platform
• Respond with viable solutions to market demands via overall innovative product, featuring special printing elements and formats
• Set up and monitor project timeline on the deployment of Global Specification including Cigarette & Packaging items to ensure deliveries are accurate and on time
• Prepare the brief and coordinate with Cigarette Designer for required code and ensure Global Specification is released in PMI System accurately
• Develop Good To Print in collaboration with Prepress team to ensure everything setup correctly in PMI System.
• Coordinate with Central Specification Office (CSO) to ensure Local Specification is created based on Global Specification
• Communicate and coordinate to relevant stakeholders in production to ensure alignment on product specification and to independently identify root cause, corrective and preventive action for any obstacles occurred during deployment
• Demonstrate technical capabilities in Global Specification on cigarette product e.g. cigarette & packaging component.
• Partner with and guide internal and external customers and business partners within the deployment of new packaging deployment according to PMI Requirements
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on qualification of newly developed packaging components to ensure full compliance with new components according to PMI Standards
• Work on multiple projects in parallel.

Who we’re looking for

• Hold a university degree
• Have at least 3 years of experience in engineering, project management, specification, packaging related areas
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Others is a plus
• Have strong communication & interpersonal skills and have attention to detail
• Have good level of stakeholder management skills & experience - BOM (Bill of Materials) creation/management knowledge & experience is a plus

• Prepress/artwork experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
• Are agile, collaborative, a team player, customer oriented and a quick learner.
• Knowledge of project management, regulatory requirements, PPMD systems (PLM, Digichain, CLIPP), Tobacco Industry acumen, Market & Operations understanding, Product & Packaging components and associated Printing & Converting processes, Manufacturing Process Knowledge.
