Your ‘day to day’
• To run payroll processes with correct, accurate and timely manner and coordinate the processes with relevant stakeholders and by effective controls aligned with company practice and government regulations
• Ensure data completeness prior to regular / irregular salary/wage processes
• Review, analyze, and reconcile accurately the results of salary/wage processes
• Provide and distribute salary/wage reports, summary results and slips to the respective parties
• Provide accurate reports and summary results of the salary/wages, severance and former processing as a reconciliation material with accounting to deposite into the Tax Office, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, SPSI Office.
• Distribute salary/wages slip, SPT 1721-A1, JHT Balance, certificate of tax withholding to the Monthly and Daily Piecerate Employee in Office,Plant and Area.
• Provide accurate data/reports based on audit result from both internal or external process / parties and propose solution to solve identified problems
• Maintain payroll services content related in accordance with RIM practice
• Continuously conduct self-development to achieve the best quality talent required
Who we’re looking for
- S1 all major
- Minimum 2-3 years in Administration, would be great if candidate has any experience as payroll processor in his/her previous career, fresh graduate with special certification such as tax brevet is welcome
- Proficiency in MS Office is a pre-requisite
- Understand about:
1. Accounting
2. Tax laws
3. Banking
4. Labor Law
5. P&P
6. Documents Storage (RIM)
7. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan law
8. BPJS Kesehatan Law - Has proficient operating skill in Payroll System & third parties B2C system
- would be great if the candidate has knowledge related with tax process in Indonesia or having tax certification such as brevet
- having ability to create excel macro would be beneficial"
