As an Operations Intern, you will support initiatives to strengthen digital transformation and governance within Operations Training at Sukorejo Manufacturing. This internship focuses on assessing and improving reporting, automation, and training material compliance across multiple operational areas, in alignment with official Training Material Guidance.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Assess current reporting and automation support used by OPS Training and Sukorejo; identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and reduce manual work.
- Complete an inventory of training modules across the targeted operational areas and evaluate each module against the official Training Material Guidance.
- Document gaps (content, format, ownership, version control, governance) and provide a prioritized remediation backlog.
- Deliver updated training materials (or update recommendations where ownership is external) and a compliance evidence pack for final audit/approval.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 with an educational level of bachelor’s degree
- Majoring in Statistics, Data Science, Information System, Industrial Engineering

Proficiency in Power BI, Advance Excel, Power Automate

Have excellent analytical thinking and good communication skill

Good in English both oral and written
