Position Title:  Operations Intern - AI & Digital Transformation

We are seeking for bright university students to join our Internship Program. You will be part of a team where you can develop and improve yourself, also make an impact by providing solution in a specific internship project.

This role focuses on accelerating digital transformation through automation, analytics, and AI-driven solutions. You will help transform manual processes into smarter, data-driven workflows while exploring practical applications of AI to improve productivity, quality, and decision-making across the organization.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Support the team in reviewing current processes and identifying tasks that can be improved or automated
• Assist in developing simple digital and AI solutions (e.g., reports, dashboards, basic automation)
• Help test and implement tools using platforms like Power BI, Power Automate, or other AI tools
• Contribute to creating templates and materials for reporting and training
• Learn and explore AI tools, and help promote their usage within the team

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 
• Preferably in Information Systems, IT, Artificial Intelligence background/major
• Have excellent analytical thinking
• Have good communication skill
• Good in English both oral and written
• Excel in Ms Office Products (Ms. Excel and advanced in Macro, AI, Power BI, Automation)

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

• Location: Sukorejo, Pasuruan, East Java
• Duration: 6 months
