YOUR "DAY-TO-DAY"

• Supervise and coordinate the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment to ensure production meets quality, efficiency, and volume targets.
• ​Monitor daily production activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to standard OPEN+ systems and tools to ensure compliance with equipment line requirements.​
• Sets daily/weekly goals for the team, focusing on keeping workflow steady and productive

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Industrial, Mechanical, electronic engineering or mechatronic​ or relevant skills through demonstrated experience.
• Experience in leading team. ​
• Experience in industrial environment will be an advantage​
• Able to identify and see colours vividly​
• Good interpersonal and communication skills​
• Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision​
• Open to be placed in Sukorejo & working in shift basis​
• Preferably having experience in printing and/or IWS (integrated Work System)
