What You’ll Do
•    Develop, maintain, and optimize flavor solutions for Conventional Combustible (CC) products.
•    Ensure flavor specifications, quality standards, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) are consistently met.
•    Select and combine natural and synthetic ingredients to create consumer-relevant flavor experiences.
•    Adapt and deploy flavor systems across markets while ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
•    Manage flavor formulas and specifications with industrial-scale manufacturing requirements in mind.
•    Drive productivity initiatives through cost analysis, ingredient optimization, and process improvements.
•    Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Compliance, and Manufacturing teams to ensure supply security and product excellence.
•    Act as a technical expert on flavors and ingredients, while maintaining internal flavor and ingredient databases.

Skills & Capabilities
•    Min. Bachelor’s degree in relevant educational background (Chemical Engineering) is preferred.
•    Min. 2-3 years of experience around Flavors (application and quality) from Food, Flavor Houses, or Tobacco industry.
•    Fluent in English with good communication skills.
•    Relevant laboratory experience, including proper practices and governance.
•    Possess good analytical thinking and creativity on understanding the growing consumer trends on flavor profiles and product development.
•    Has passion and curiosity for continuous improvement, not limited to product development and manufacturing.
