Join Our Consumer Insights Team
As Consumer Insights Manager, you will turn data into actionable business opportunities by uncovering the motivations, behaviors, and needs of consumers. Your insights will help shape brand, portfolio, and commercial decisions, ensuring we stay ahead of evolving consumer expectations while accelerating our smoke-free transformation.
Impact You’ll Own
- Deliver actionable consumer insights that influence strategic business, brand, and product decisions.
- Identify emerging consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats to drive sustainable growth.
- Improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through robust measurement, evaluation, and optimization.
- Strengthen consumer-centric decision making by translating complex data into compelling, actionable recommendations.
- Build deep understanding of consumer segments to support targeted engagement and long-term value creation.
What You’ll Do
- Design and lead quantitative and qualitative consumer research programs.
- Partner with marketing, commercial, and products to identify and prioritize research needs
- Supervise and lead external research teams to execute research needs and translate insights into business action.
- Analyze consumer, market, and behavioral data to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop consumer segmentation frameworks and identify high-potential target audiences. Measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities and customer engagement initiatives.
- Create impactful reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Skills & Capabilities
Must-Have
- Strong consumer and market understanding with the ability to translate insights into business recommendations.
- Experience in market research, consumer insights, or customer analytics.
- Advanced data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Ability to transform complex data into compelling stories and recommendations.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience designing and managing quantitative and qualitative research projects.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and analytical methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience developing presentations for decision makers.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and multicultural environments.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with syndicated research tools, consumer panels, CRM analytics, or social listening platforms.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics, AI-enabled insights tools, and data visualization platforms.
- Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, lifestyle, or highly regulated industries.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, analytics, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through insight generation and storytelling.
- Passion for understanding consumers and translating data into meaningful business impact.
