About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Senior Specialist in Digital Acquisition to join our dynamic digital team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for increasing awareness of our SFP categories and products across online channels, while driving high-quality leads and optimizing conversion rates.


What You’ll Do

  • Boost Visibility: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase traffic to our digital platforms.
  • Drive Campaigns: Manage paid and social media campaigns (where legally feasible), ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize strategies to improve ROI and meet KPIs.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, paid media, and social platforms.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with CX and category teams to align digital initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation and nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Explore Innovation: Stay informed about emerging tools and technologies in the digital marketing space.

What You Bring

  • A degree from a college or university (Bachelor’s or higher)
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, consumer experience, or commercial roles
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • A consumer-centric mindset with solid business acumen
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
