We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented DTE Senior Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the conception, planning, orchestration, and execution of digital and CsC campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and technical expertise in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and orchestrate media plans: Collaborate with various teams to gather marketing campaign requirements, create content, adjust audiences, and ensure plan coherence.
  • Execute Campaigns: Ensure the quality of campaign execution, including content, audience targeting, deadlines, and validation of tests.
  • Monitor Performance: Collect and analyze digital and CsC data to support decision-making and propose performance improvement actions.
  • Enhance Communication and Processes: Communicate media plan content to stakeholders and continuously optimize processes related to media plan coordination.
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical support for Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to ensure content deployment and journey management

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor +5 in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in digital marketing and media planning.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign results and optimize strategies using tools like Google Analytics and CRM analytics.

 

​​​​​​​What will the selection process look like?
Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development.

The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role are a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying. Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation. · Cognitive Ability Test: Report links under three headings:
1. Deductive reasoning (measuring the ability drawing logical conclusions)
2. Inductive reasoning (measuring conceptual and analytical thinking)
3. Numerical reasoning (measuring capacity to understand numerical data and interpret mathematical information correctly)
