THE OPPORTUNITY
The Business Partner (Analytics Translator) plays a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and business functions by leading data-driven initiatives across departments. You will translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable impact. This role involves project management, cross-functional collaboration, and the use of storytelling to drive adoption of insights across the market. You will join the Data & Analytics team at PM France and act as a central point of contact for business functions looking to gain value in key areas such as Brand Commercial, Consumer, and Program functions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead analytics initiatives and manage date projects within a functional domain.
- Build partnerships with senior stakeholders and provide data-driven consulting.
- Translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions and insights.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts and Scientists to ensure robust recommendations.
- Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools.
- Drive adoption of analytics solutions and ensure proper project documentation.
- Apply Agile methodology for iterative value delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and business optimization.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in analytics or business analysis roles.
- Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI), data modeling, and data warehousing.
- Agile working experience, preferably in multiple delivery iterations.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills (business and non-technical stakeholders).
- Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
