PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
Develop a full consumer & brand engagement memorable experience across all touchpoints in the market thanks to staging, programs & consumer centric activities. Creation and deployment of tools across different channels (in store & out of store) to develop brand awareness, facilitate mass trial & qualitative acquisition for SFPs.
From ideation, innovation to implementation, continuously reviewing and evaluating ROI to accelerate SFP expansion developing awareness & attractivity of our brands.
MAIN MISSIONS:
DESIGN MULTI-TOUCHPOINTS CONSUMER EXPERIENCE
To support categories ‘gameplan (launches and promotions), asses existing tools to challenge efficiency VS consumer journey.
Ensure execution to ensure memorable and engaging staging set-up to increase awareness, opportunity to try & qualitative acquisition, within legal framework.
Create brief with the Senior Specialist Brand Experience, design agency for artworks to be submitted to production suppliers.
Innovate : benchmark competitors, other affiliates and other industries to disrupt local execution ad visibility.
ENHANCE CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT
1. BtoC
Identify new triggers to boost brand awareness, mass trial & acquisition by creating a relevant consumer experience & engagement journey in all touchpoints.
Design innovative and emotional tools in order for consumer to discover, see, touch, try our products.
2. BtoB
Help to increase tools' efficiency to help our partners in their business by leveraging pain points to opportunities thanks to CX staging & programs set-up.
Set up proper guidelines to secure excellence in execution in-store
CREATE IMMERSIVE & MEMORABLE PERMANENT UNIVERSE:
Support in the design & create the best conditions for implementation of permanent materials: visibility, consumers journey in-store & programs associated with Categories.
Help to identify new pool of vendor per expertise, that can bring added value to our hard merchandising thanks to innovation and premium execution
On concept store co-build with Categories & ComOps department : validate technical drawings and prototypes, sanity check in factory, secure deployment in all touchpoints. Define all KPI that allow to assess about the success of this designed concept.
IN-STORE DEPLOYMENT ANALYSIS
According to Categories strategy & PMI guidelines, adapt content & toolboxes in a national way for traditional tobacconist touchpoint & create full local toolboxes for emerging channels such as LAMPs, festival, pop-up etc.
Assess designed concept post implementation: CSAT, impact on OT/Consumer journey, impressions, opportunity to try & all relevant metrics.
TRANSVERSAL PROJECT
Cooperate with SFP, ComOPS, finance, data & procurement departments, to create the best experience possible according to our OB.
Participate in programs, projects and initiatives to provide Trade Experience expertise by contributing from the ideation phase to GTM.
Inform stakeholders of current and future developments to ensure optimal multi-channel deployment.
SELF-DEVELOPMENT: Curiosity about market trends, brand strategies, consumer perception & behaviors & territory specific touchpoints. Actively participation in cross-functional meetings, projects & trainings. Seeks feedback from internal and external partners.
What we are looking for :
1-3 years’ experience in Consumer Engagement, Market research, Brand strategy, Retail and/or Merchandising Dept.
Level 1: Experience in consumer engagement BtoC to create brand awareness, encourage mass trial & qualitative acquisition.
Level 2: Experience and maturity to autonomously handle consumer experience projects and to coordinate consumer engagement journey bringing a new expertise and innovation. Can combine Brand, CX, TE activities with CE activities from tactical activations to pop up, up to brand retail.
