Your day-to-day:

• Coordinate and administer training programs for Manufacturing and Operations employees.
• Maintain training records, schedules, materials, and documentation in compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Align training plans with business needs, regulatory requirements, and employee development objectives.
• Partner with managers, trainers, and vendors to coordinate training logistics and delivery.
• Monitor training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain skills matrices, competency records, and training materials for production personnel.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance related to training and competency management.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing procedures, work instructions, and QMS documentation.
• Support enhancements and ongoing administration of the learning management system.
• Develop and maintain staffing and workforce scale-up plans to support operational readiness and capacity needs.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability requirements.
• Complete all required training and maintain qualifications in accordance with applicable qualification standards.

Who we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, quality, training, or a related environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Annual Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
