Position Title:  Environmental Health & Safety Integration Manager

EHS Integration Manager - Owensboro, KY

The EHS Integration Manager leads the integration and advancement of the PMI EHS Pillar within Open+, partnering with site teams to embed EHS into daily operations and strengthen ownership across the facility.

Your day to day

• Lead implementation and continued development of the EHS Pillar within Open+.
• Own the EHS Pillar roadmap, priorities, maturity assessments, and improvement plans.
• Embed EHS into daily manufacturing routines, leadership practices, and the site operating system.
• Coach leaders, supervisors, pillar teams, and frontline employees on EHS expectations and continuous improvement practices.
• Partner across Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, Continuous Improvement, and EHS to drive consistent implementation.
• Facilitate structured problem solving and continuous improvement focused on EHS performance.
• Identify adoption barriers and partner with site leadership on sustainable solutions.
• Track EHS Pillar performance, maturity, adoption, and sustainment.
• Share best practices and strengthen operational ownership of safety and environmental performance.

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, EHS, Business, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, continuous improvement, operational excellence, manufacturing transformation, or EHS.
• Experience implementing or advancing a manufacturing operating system, pillar, or transformation program.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, and structured problem solving.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, and change leadership skills.
• Experience with Open+, IWS, TPM, WCM, Lean Daily Management, or a similar operating system strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of EHS principles in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred

• Experience implementing an EHS or safety pillar within a manufacturing operating system.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement certification.
• Leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar EHS credentials are a plus.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Annual Base Salary Range: $104,000 - $130,000
