Reporting to the P&C Manager Operations, you will act as a strategic advisor and partner to factory leadership to drive people performance, employee engagement, and workforce effectiveness. You will support key business objectives by delivering best-in-class solutions across talent management, labor relations, workforce planning, and organizational development within the factory setting

Key Responsibilities:-  Partner with factory leadership to translate business strategy into actionable P&C priorities.
-  Lead and support Labor Relations strategies, including proven experience in delivering results in unionized environments, ensuring compliance and fostering constructive dialogue.
-  Drive the execution of performance management and talent development processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee growth.
-  Partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and career pathing to build a future-ready organization.
-  Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with organizational needs.
-  Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance, development, and employee relations matters.
-  Contribute to and lead cross-functional HR projects, such as global mental health initiatives or early career programs.
-  Use data analytics, employee feedback, and focus groups to identify organizational pain points and develop targeted action plans.
-  Support change management and communication strategies to ensure successful adoption of HR policies and initiatives.
-  Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, regularly engaging with managers to align on HR priorities and gather feedback.
-  Ensure timely and effective implementation of all HR cycles, including performance reviews, talent calibration, and engagement surveys

What You Bring to the Team:-  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or Business.
-  Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on:
-  Employee & Labor Relations (including unionized environments)
-  Talent Management
-  Learning & Development
-  Organizational Development
-  Proven ability to navigate complex people situations with a hands-on HR generalist skillset, interpreting and applying HR policies and labor law effectively.
-  Solid knowledge of Romanian Labor Laws.
-  Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
-  Experience in transformation management (people, processes, technology, or service models).
-  Comfortable working across all levels of the organization, from shop floor to senior leadership.
-  Strategic thinker with analytics-based problem-solving capabilities.
-  Demonstrated success in cross-functional project work.
-  Excellent command of English.
-  Ideally, experience in a manufacturing or factory environment, with exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
