Your ‘day to day’

• Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss. Act and promote an interdependent and transparent safety culture fostering the utilization of preventive/predictive approach in line with Open+/IOS
• Ensure compliance to all PMI Quality Assurance  and QMS standards, to  to prevent Quality Incident and Serius Quality Incident over Project execution.
  Act and promote qualty  culture fostering the utilization of preventive/predictive approach in line with Open+/IOS (Q Flag,QBOS, ETC).
  Make Sure Commision Phase will be fully alignment with QMS phase (PQB), guarantying highest quality performance  over the full CQV cycle.
• Define initiative  planning inside production  in collaboration with Production, VSU Manager and  Project Manager.
  Create a Initiative working schedule using  IM  structure to ensure proper preparation and Excellent CQV execution to reach VSU target.
• Lead completion of  the Early Phase IM work process (VSU Success criteria/VSU assessment/CQV plan/Hiring Plan/FTD/pFMEA-eFMEA)   prior the Project approval phase (e.g.: 650 approval). Monitor project progress, lead activities through the VSU team, making sure all the IM deployment work process are properly execute and delivered (VSU Assessment/TT&T plan/CQV preparation with working files, FAT end so on). Manage project plan by reviewing Work process status, Deliverables, risk mitigation plan and  schedule changes.
• Define Initiative VSU team and overall  resources needed to deliver  the VSU  (time, Manufacturing resources, VSU resources etc.). Make sure that manufacturing resources are  available and qualified. Make sure that all the risk/mitigation/resource needed in the  early stage are properly communicated into Initiative financials and approved. Make sure that the relevant production resources are available to deliver initiative to get  VSU .
• Make sure that initiative is agreed within production and aligned with Site department Masterplan. Escalate problem to VSU/Production manager in case of barriers to ensure the successful completion of the stages and finally project VSU. Make sure that CQ are properly documented (CQV reports). Manage internal Communication with standardized IM review/reports system. Maintain communication within and with relevant production stakeholder to enable the project execution to reach VSU targets. 
• Support the Internal IM pillar taking in case ownership of  VSU work process.
  Ensure self and qualify team capabilities based on step-up cards according to IOS/OPEN+  in autonomous/self-sufficient teams

Who we’re looking for

• University degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, etc.).
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in similar position
• Manufacturing Background (LL/PL/ML)
• Expertise in RTT
• Knowledge of IM Pillar and VSU tools 
• Practical Knowledge of Key Open+ pillar and tools (AM,PM,FI)
• Production environment
