Your day-to-day:
Program development
- Contribute to the development of effective strategies to acquire and convert legal-age nicotine users;
- Support the definition and execution of initiatives that enhance the customer journey experience;
- Identify consumer needs and experience gaps through data analysis and research insights.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Analyze and evaluate the impact of acquisition and conversion programs;
- Track conversion effectiveness and ensure data accuracy;
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on program performance.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders, including regional teams;
- Collaborate closely with marketing, digital & IT, data governance & analytics, and field force teams;
- Communicate program updates, progress, and results to key stakeholders.
Execution & Operations
- Oversee development and execution of program mechanics, creative materials, and logistics;
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and external agencies;
- Manage field force briefing and continuous improvement based on feedback.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all programs comply with internal policies, legal regulations, and data privacy standards;
- Manage agency relationships to ensure full brand and regulatory compliance;
- Identify and mitigate risks related to consumer interactions and product information.
Budget & Process Management
- Control and manage program budgets effectively;
- Support roadmap planning and prioritization of initiatives across the organization;
- Ensure operational excellence in project and process execution.
Who we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, financial services, technology, telecom, or marketing/research agency;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to operate effectively across multiple teams and levels of the organization;
- Strategic thinking combined with strong tactical execution capabilities;
- Solid project and process management skills with a focus on operational excellence;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
