Your day-to-day:
- Lead consumer acquisition and engagement initiatives.
- Manage consumer programs and activation campaigns.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
Who we're looking for:
- 5+ years in Consumer Experience, Marketing, Commercial, B2C, or related fields.
- Experience in team leadership and project management.
- FMCG, Retail, Telecom, or Financial Services background is a plus.
