Your ‘day to day’:
- Drive and manage initiatives that enhance the B2C channel experience through digital and physical touchpoints;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and business clients to support consumer engagement strategies;
- Represent market interests in interactions with global PMI teams, ensuring alignment with local B2C goals;
- Lead the development and implementation of business and technical requirements for B2C platforms and tools;
- Oversee testing, validation, and acceptance of new features and enhancements to ensure optimal consumer impact.
Who we're looking for:
- Higher education (preferably in business, marketing, or a technical field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project or product management, ideally within B2C environments;
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and consumer-centric product development;
- English proficiency at the Upper Intermediate or Advanced level;
- Experience in consumer-facing roles or field structures is a strong advantage.
