Your day-to-day:
- Performing actions necessary for the certification and obtaining compliance documents for tobacco products or any other required permits.
- Analyzing legislative requirements in the areas of phytosanitary, sanitary, quarantine, radiological, ecological, and/or other regulations related to the import or export of products and materials.
- Monitoring the emergence and changes in technical regulations of the customs union / technical regulations of the EAEU countries and analyzing their potential impact on the business.
- Organizing inspection audits of production centers to obtain the relevant certification.
- Participating in the development of legislation (round tables, working groups, draft laws, obtaining clarifications).
- Ensuring cost control in the relevant area of responsibility.
- Improving processes and eliminating losses through lean manufacturing methodology in close collaboration with production department.
Who we're looking for:
- College/University/master’s degree in International relations, Biological sciences, Physical sciences, Chemistry, Engineering or equivalent education.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Certification/Quality/Manufacturing departments in tobacco, food, pharmaceutical or similar industry.
- Have strong communication & interpersonal skills, collaborative, a team player, customer oriented, a quick learner and have attention for details.
- Advanced knowledge of international standards (ISO).
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is preferrable.
- Well-developed IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP, PLM).
- Advanced analytical skills, root cause analysis, understanding of lean methodology.
