Your day-to-day:
- Lead the deployment and sustainability of the Open+/Integrated Work System (IWS) across manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with factory priorities, business objectives, and phase progression roadmap.
- Drive capability building through coaching, training, certification, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen organizational excellence.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across production and support functions.
- Develop and execute deployment, learning, and capability-building strategies to support operational and business performance goals.
- Serve as a lead auditor for Open+/IWS systems, conducting assessments, identifying gaps, and ensuring effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Evaluate and certify teams against Open+/IWS standards, ensuring readiness for autonomous operation and long-term sustainability.
- Lead the implementation of new methodologies, standards, and system enhancements while ensuring compliance with global and regional requirements.
- Facilitate the sharing and replication of best practices across Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and other support functions.
- Coordinate the integration of daily management systems, operational routines, performance management processes, and continuous improvement practices within the Open+ framework.
- Monitor deployment effectiveness, analyze performance trends, and provide insights and recommendations to local, regional, and global stakeholders.
- Drive sustainable performance improvement through structured problem-solving, loss elimination, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with company standards, quality requirements, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- 1–2 years of experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and operational excellence systems.
- Hands-on experience with IWS, TPM, Lean, or similar manufacturing excellence programs.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and operational excellence tools.
- Knowledge of the Autonomous Maintenance pillar and practical experience with problem-solving and root cause analysis methodologies, including IPS, UPS, WPI and Loss Analysis (LA).
- Experience in training, coaching, facilitating workshops, and developing team capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI, data visualization, dashboard development, and performance analytics is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively across functions and drive organizational change in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
