Purpose of the role:

 

We are looking for Manager Service Delivery to join our operations Customer Service team in KZ & CAS. In this role you will lead 3 streams in order to sustain operational business: Distribution, Warehouse and Digital labeling, optimize performance and develop functional capabilities to support commercial agenda. Lead transformational agenda in terms of Clusterization of local market and E2E Digitalization. Execute warehouse network footprint optimization.

 

Your day-to-day:

  • Organize and Manage Supply Planning Department work to achieve KZ&CAS luster markets objectives.
  • Organize and coordinate the sequence of execution warehouse operations and coordinate the work of the external warehouses, according to the shipment plans, receipt of finish goods products at the market.
  • Lead cross-functional interaction of Data labeling deployment and processing, support roll-out for all Markets, share expertise and knowledge with Commercial.
  • Lead cost to serve initiatives on the permanent base, optimize processes, review current set up and propose automation or elimination of non-value-added activities.
  • Budget management & Reporting
  • Collaborate with various internal departments of the Company and Distributor to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of sales and supply planning activities through proper co-ordination, communication and information exchange for Markets.
  • Lead or contribute to global / local initiatives to achieve PMI market, Operations or Supply Chain strategies. 
  • Ensure full compliance with local legislation and company policies and procedures.
  • Drive and coordinate key strategic projects in collaboration with internal and external business partners
  • Participating in or leading global/local initiatives to implement PMI strategies. Managing the division's budget.
  • Manage, motivate, monitor, evaluate and develop the Service Delivery team to ensure a high level of efficiency in the individual and teamwork of employees.

Who we're looking for:

  • Higher education in business administration, supply chain management, or related fields.
  • Minimum, of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership position in supply chain management (experience in FMCG, distribution companies, including those with products requiring digital labeling, is an advantage).
  • Project management skills and experience.
  • Knowledge of financial principles.
  • People management skills.
  • English proficiency – upper intermediate or higher.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint), Power BI.
