Your day to day:

 

1) Commercial planning

 

• Develop an annual business plan based on the market situation and internal resources.

• Participate in the S&OP process by combining data on demand, marketing and production.

• Tracking the execution of plans, conducting scenario modeling and recommendations for adjustments.

• Coordination of trading activities between departments, preventing duplication and conflicts.

 

2) Project and initiative management

 

• Management of commercial and operational projects from idea to implementation.

• Manage timings, budgets, and initiative priorities.

• Support project owners, conduct sprints, retrospectives, and PIPE sessions.

• Adapt tools and processes to the local characteristics of Kazakhstan.

 

3) Support for marketing, trading levels and key clients

 

• Provide teams with up-to-date analytics on sales cycles and field missions.

• Prepare and distribute final cycle reports, including performance assessments of activities.

• Consolidate data from different sources for a comprehensive assessment of results.

• Monitor the reporting on key clients and initiate its improvement.

 

4) Business analysis

 

• Analyze performance by brand, channel, and region, forming business insights.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support operational decisions.

• Develop the structure and logic of KPIs for evaluating projects and cycles.

 

 

Who we are looking for:

 

• Higher education;

• More than 5 years of experience in marketing, working with distributors, working with key clients, and with retail outlets;

• Process management and analytics skills.
