For our team based in Almaty (Kazakhstan) we are looking for a Lead Consumer Insights Analyst.
In this role you will lead projects and deliver integrated business and consumer insights across the category. This role is required to do adhoc projects across product categories, own the whole brief writing, agency management, stakeholder management and delivering final report to wide audience across commercial and other functions. Ensuring that during the insight delivery process they have integrated information from adhoc studies, global trackers, other analytics source like data products, commercial data etc.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Lead the project management and delivery of customised research projects for the categories and tactical projects for the deployment function.
- Manage the integrated reporting of insights. This includes helping global team on setting right sample structure, helping them to fine tune the proposal based on local market knowledge.
- Lead the project management and delivery of customised research projects for the category and tactical projects for the deployment.
- Guide local stakeholders on projects and call-back programs to strengthen consumer centricity in the local affiliate organization while ensuring proper interaction with consumers.
- Lead and manage partner agencies in research project execution and analysis, providing detailed briefings for every project from the start, producing collaborative analysis plans that are informed by existing and/or new knowledge/frameworks.
Who we are looking for:
- Higher education;
- At least 5 years of market research experience in tobacco industry - client side OR minimum 7 years cross-category market research experience - client or agency side
- Advanced level of English is preferable.
- It would be an asset if you have: Quantitative and qualitative research design and analysis. Presentation and communication skill. Negotiation Skills. Familiarity with Power BI, Google Analytics and other data anaytics tool
