Your ‘day to day’:
- Managing the cycle of IBP as known as Integrated Business Planning in the Market with regular interaction with the teams of commercial, financial departments, as well as marketing and business planning departments, in order to analyze and forecast demand in the Market, market indicators compared to the approved forecast and budget, identify risks and opportunities, develop risk minimization plans and bring the received data in accordance with the PMI planning process;
- Organizing the collection, review, analysis and storage of information affecting sales in a structured form to ensure proper forecasting and proper planning of product initiatives;
- Preparation and organization of monthly and weekly meetings on commercial and operational planning, preparation of protocols based on the results of these meetings, monitoring the implementation of protocol activities and communicating information to interested parties;
- Coordination of the sales plan in the Market for the 18 months forward planning horizon of the PMI;
- Providing the final sales forecast to the Centralized Planning Department in the supply chain and maintaining the flow of information exchange within the planning framework to ensure monitoring and timely implementation of measures for deviations from the forecast, if necessary;
- Implementation of appropriate and timely corrective measures to improve the quality of forecasting;
- Interaction with a Centralized Planning Department in order to ensure successful management and control of the availability of products on the Market;
- Early identification of risks and supply opportunities to the Market together with a Centralized Planning Department, timely transmission of such information to internal customers and coordination of necessary actions to achieve a balance of market demand and supply.
- Control of forecasts regarding surpluses of finished products and materials, work on minimizing losses due to the risks of loss of products and materials together with the teams of commercial, operational and financial departments, as well as control and coordination of cost allocation with stakeholders;
- Interaction with the regional Customer Operations Center and category teams of the global supply chain to translate global solutions and strategies into actions according to market conditions;
- Interaction with the Centralized Planning Department in the supply system, the regional Customer Operations Center, Market teams, in order to ensure continuous improvement of processes, methods and systems of demand planning with the most efficient use of data to promote automation and digitalization processes, as well as to maximize the effectiveness of forecasting and understanding of consumer needs.
Who we’re looking for:
- Higher education in: Engineering, Economics, Finance, management, supply chain management or technical field.
- English proficiency at an upper-intermediate or higher level is preferable.
- Experience in demand forecasting, supply chain planning and management, business planning in FMCG companies for at least 7 years.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications; MS Excel.
- The level of professional competencies: activity in conditions of uncertainty, flexibility, negotiation skills, planning skills, focus on results, competent writing skills, ability to prioritize, independence, stress tolerance.
- Analytical mindset.
- Attention to detail.
