Position Title: Consumer Centric Capabilities Development Lead

Your day-to-day:
- To ensure continuous training and development of employees of HQ commercial departments through a motivational program and through personal contact;
- To ensure the implementation of an integration program for new employees of HQ commercial departments;
- Monitor the progress of the training, regularly update the relevant reports;
- Be responsible for communication with the global L&D team, translate and adapt materials;
- To keep the department's sharepoint page up to date, to make regular communications on the status of employee training;
- Be responsible for maintaining the budget of the Department of training and development, create appropriate requests to the finance department;
- Participate in the development of training materials on request from specialized departments, including trainings, e-courses, videos, etc.;
- Constantly improve approaches to learning through the use of new forms.
Who we're looking for:
- Ambitious and dedicated to continuous learning and staff development, consistently seeking to enhance organizational learning and development processes;
- At least 1 year of experience as a Learning & Development Specialist;
- Highly sociable, with a passion for public speaking, and skilled in written communication;
- Language proficiency: English - at least Upper-Intermediate level;
- Confident user of MS Office and Power BI.
