Role Summary:
The purpose of the role is to support the Field Sales Team with various administrative tasks to secure that the time of the Territory Experts are spent efficiently on the customers and the time of the Regional Commercial Supervisors are spent on their teams, secure planning and flawless execution of internal Sales Conferences, coordinate optimal communication between Field Sales and other departments related to customer content used by the Territory Experts.
Your day to day:
- Field Sales Superuser in SAP – processing invoices and purchase orders in a timely matter and maintain accurate financial records to support budget management.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Field Sales team, assisting with various tasks and streamlining operations.
- Planning and flawless execution and evaluation of internal Sales Conferences, ensuring effective coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate the production and distribution of working tools e.g. product materials, samples, etc. for use during store visits, Trade Fairs and Swedish Match Kundekvelder.
- Manage ordering and distribution of work clothes used by the Field Sales organization and cost management according to budget.
- Engage in active collaboration with Territory Experts and Regional Commercial Supervisors to organize “Kundekvelder”, set-up of Candex and coordinate with suppliers for swift payments.
- Coordinate planning and execution of various events, fostering cross-departmental collaboration and promoting company culture.
- Establish productive relationships with internal stakeholders essential for bolstering Field Sales activities.
Who you are:
- Bachelor/University degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 3 years of Field/Sales experience, ideally within the FMCG industry
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in project management
- Fluency in spoken and written Norwegian, proficiency in Englis
