Your ‘day to day’

As a Regional Manager at PMI Serbia, you will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of commercial activities across your assigned territory, in line with our overall commercial strategy and objectives. You will manage, develop, and motivate a team of Territory Indirect Retail Executives and Business Development Executives, while effectively managing budgets and resources to enhance return on investment. You will strengthen the business potential of your territory by recognizing local growth opportunities and translating them into actionable territory plans—ensuring excellence in execution through your team and third-party partner

  • Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of commercial activities in your territory in line with overall strategy and objectives.
  • Monitor sell-in performance and drive volume growth by setting and following up on monthly targets for market share and sales of PM brands.
  • Define and align monthly and weekly volume targets for the territory and key cities with both internal teams and third-party partners.
  • Allocate and manage investments for retail infrastructure, visibility, and contracts while ensuring return on investment and compliance with agreed terms.
  • Drive effective deployment of Consumer Engagement activities to ensure strong brand adoption, volume growth, and market share.
  • Ensure high performance of touchpoints and mechanics in line with the G2M plan while building strong relationships with retail partners.
  • Develop and implement territory plans by identifying local business opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team to build a high-performance culture and strengthen overall execution capabilities.
  • Oversee third-party performance through your team to ensure clear direction, compliance, and consistent execution.
  • Ensure full compliance with PM policies, safety standards

Who we’re looking for

  • University degree is preferred, with a college degree (VI level) as a minimum requirement.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer engagement, brand marketing, or field sales in FMCG, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in the tobacco industry.
  • At least 2 years of people management experience with a proven ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills, with the ability to lead complex organizations and initiatives.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills combined with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Valid category B driving license.
