Key Collaborators:
- Market Finance & Non-Finance Teams
- Regional Controlling Team
- Global Business Solutions - Various dilivery teams
Your ‘day to day’:
- Financial Reporting Ownership: Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for PMI affiliates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory, fiscal, and corporate standards.
- US GAAP & Statutory Closings: Execute closing activities and support reporting under both US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
- Controls & Compliance: Perform control and review activities (e.g. JERFs, reconciliations, GMRB dashboards), ensuring alignment with SOX and PMI policies.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with Affiliates, internal stakholders and external auditors (e.g. PwC) to ensure smooth reporting and issue resolution.
- Process Improvement & Projects: Participate in global finance projects (e.g. CoA changes, data transformation, RRP process updates) and drive standardization and automation efforts.
- Support & Knowledge Sharing: Actively support various teams in issue resolution and knowledge transfer to build their independence.
Who we’re looking for:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience for Analyst roles; 3+ years for Senior Analyst roles
- Strong knowledge of R2R/GL processes, local accounting rules
- Functional knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- US GAAP knowlegde is a plus
- Experience with financial systems (GMRB, GFRT, Tagetik) is a plus
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
