Within our Indirect Retail team, you will play a key back-office planning and coordination role, translating channel strategy into structured, market-ready commercialization plans.
Impact You'll Own
- Enable the Indirect Retail strategy by converting channel priorities into clear plans, initiatives, milestones and execution requirements.
- Ensure back-office readiness of the commercialization calendar so launches, campaigns and channel initiatives are prepared for effective go-to-market execution.
- Own the planning, governance and performance follow-up of retailer incentive programs, including P4P, ensuring alignment with channel objectives and agreed KPIs.
- Strengthen channel decision-making through structured performance tracking, data analysis and actionable insights.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the annual and rolling Indirect Retail commercialization calendar, consolidating business priorities, launch requirements, dependencies, timelines and stakeholder inputs.
- Drive go-to-market readiness by aligning processes, systems, data, materials, communications and operational requirements before deployment.
- Coordinate and continuously improve platforms supporting customer and retailer registration, channel operations, field execution, retailer programs and performance tracking.
- Translate channel strategy and business priorities into clear briefs, requirements, guidelines, toolkits and execution guidance for internal teams and external partners.
- Act as the business lead for relevant system enhancements, coordinating requirements, testing, implementation and adoption with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor retailer P4P and incentive programs, including mechanics, eligibility, target setting, communication, tracking, reconciliation and evaluation.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders, monitor KPIs and execution readiness, address risks and drive improvements in tools, processes and ways of working.
Skills & Capabilities
- University degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial planning, trade marketing, sales operations, sales support, channel management or a related commercial field.
- Strong planning and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and deadlines.
- Comfort working with commercial systems, databases, reporting tools and digital platforms. Experience supporting system implementation or process improvement is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Good analytical capability and confidence working with KPIs and performance data.
- Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English.
