You’ll drive the performance and expansion of our Brand Retail stores and LAMPS (Legal Age Meeting Points), ensuring each location delivers our brand vision while meeting commercial and financial targets.

Your ‘day to day’ tasks

  • Translate global retail experience guidance into a local strategy and annual operating plan for Brand Retail and LAMPS, including footprint, formats, staffing, and partner setup.
  • Design and deploy Guided Trial and consumer experience journeys tailored to each retail channel, ensuring optimized toolkits, compliance, and effective pre/post‑trial follow‑ups.
  • Oversee daily field execution across Brand Retail stores and LAMPS activations, managing agencies/partners and ensuring timely deployment of POSM, tools, training, and inventory.
  • Monitor key KPIs (traffic, trials, conversion, NPS/CSAT, cost per kit, store performance) and drive regular performance reviews to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Build and strengthen capabilities across BR & LAMPS teams, standardizing SOPs, shift plans, coaching routines, and certification processes.
  • Manage DME/OPEX budgets and headcount/rosters, reallocating resources to priority geographies and seasonal peaks to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Planning, Finance, Legal/CA, CX/CRM, and Logistics to align on offers, stock, demand, pricing, and measurement.
  • Pilot and embed new tools, formats, and data flows to improve trial quality, reporting, and operational insight, ensuring full compliance with Marketing Code and local regulations.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance P&C services, decision‑making, and business impact.

Who we’re looking for

  • BSc/MSc in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in FMCG retail, experiential, trade marketing, or field sales, with direct responsibility for store/venue operations or consumer engagement.
  • Proven people management experience, including leading agencies, venue partners, or field teams and driving performance (acquisition/NPS targets).
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working cross‑functionally.
  • High learning agility with a consumer‑centric, omni‑channel mindset.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience in dashboards, funnel metrics, and ROI tracking.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and BI/reporting tools.
  • Fluency in Greek & English.
  • Military obligations completed (if applicable)
