As an Experience Channel Executive, you will own XP Channel back‑office operations for Brand Retail and LAMPs (Legal Age Meeting Points), ensuring strong operational execution and governance. You will partner closely with Sales and Commercial Planning to enable channel strategies through effective materials management, supplier coordination, budget oversight, and performance insights.

 

Your ‘day to day’ tasks

  • Own end‑to‑end XP Channels back‑office operations for Brand Retail and LAMPs (Legal Age Meeting Points), ensuring operational readiness, governance, and consistent execution.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for tools, materials, and operational support processes across channels.
  • Lead strategic order and materials planning, proactively anticipating demand based on launch calendars and sales plans while ensuring cost efficiency, availability and service continuity.
  • Drive standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of XP Channel operational processes, ensuring scalability and governance compliance.
  • Own supplier and contract governance, including performance monitoring, SLA compliance, and invoice validation.
  • Partner closely with Finance and Procurement on budget ownership, forecasting accuracy, and cost control.
  • Act as a trusted operational partner to Sales, Commercial Planning, and other key stakeholders, translating commercial strategies into executable plans.
  • Own operational and financial reporting, analyzing KPIs to provide insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.

Who we’re looking for

  • University degree, with 3–5+ years of experience in FMCG retail, experiential, trade marketing, or field sales roles involving store or venue operations.
  • Strong understanding of channel operations, retail execution, and operational governance models.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and suppliers in a complex, fast‑paced commercial environment.
  • Strong prioritization, project management and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and drive sustainable improvements.
  • Ability to influence without formal authority and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and familiarity with BI tools and dashboards.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing management.
  • Fluency in Greek & English.
  • Military obligations completed (if applicable)
