Your ‘day to day’

The Digital Solutions Lead is responsible for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of deployed B2B/B2C digital systems (e-commerce, CRM, loyalty platforms, etc.) and related processes. The role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional system requirements, coordinating development and deployment, and supporting the localization of global digital solutions. This position plays a critical role in driving digital transformation and innovation across the organization.

• Oversee the day-to-day performance and stability of B2B/B2C platforms, ensuring seamless functionality, data integrity, and process efficiency across e-commerce, CRM, and loyalty systems.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams to gather business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital solution enhancements aligning with developers, validating deliverables, conducting testing, and preparing for deployment.
• Participate in and lead digital initiatives that deliver best-in-class B2B/B2C solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and user needs.
• Adapt and deploy global digital platforms to meet local market requirements, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with commercial strategies and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment, transparency, and shared ownership of digital initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate new digital tools and technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance business performance and collaborating with Global and Cluster IT teams for implementation.
• Develop deep knowledge of PMI’s digital ecosystem and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams, supporting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

 Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science /Information systems, Master Degree in Digital Transformation, Data Science, Business Analytics, or Technology Management is considered a strong advantage
• Minimum 3 years of previous working experience in a relevant position
• Proven ability to manage digital projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver on time and within scope.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspective.
• Fluency in both English and Greek (verbal & written)
