Your 'day to day'

As a Manager Regulatory Quality, you will lead all quality assurance activities related to regulatory compliance of Life Sciences. Your focus will be on ensuring operational excellence and the accuracy of external disclosures.

More specifically, you'll

• Develop and maintain a forward-looking 3-year strategy aligned with external trends and internal strategic goals.
• Serve as the Quality domain expert, fostering a culture of shared accountability for quality objectives across all levels of the organization. Build strong, collaborative relationships with partners and lead multi-functional teams and external collaborators to implement and uphold Quality Directives.
• Establish and lead a diverse Quality network that drives continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and optimized ways of working. Ensure the organization has the right capabilities and capacity, while role modeling our PMI DNA and embedding a quality-first mindset in daily operations.
• Promote a balanced approach to the total cost of quality, delivering measurable value through cost savings, avoidance, and innovation.
• Partner with internal and external partners to develop procedures that ensure consistent delivery of quality outcomes. Oversee End to End Regulatory Process activities to maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and standards and support ongoing improvement initiatives.

Who we’re looking for

• Master’s degree in a Life Sciences field (e.g., Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience of working with compliance processes  in a regulated environment.
• Some experience in GxP areas is preferred
• Strong background in maintaining quality management systems and driving continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, provide strategic direction, and ensure the right skills and resources are in place.
• Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, and commitment to lifelong learning.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
