Your day to day
As Manager Laboratory Regulatory Intelligence, you will lead the analysis and implementation of regulatory and technical requirements impacting PMI’s laboratory frameworks. You’ll support compliance across product categories, guide strategy, and ensure alignment with evolving standards and business needs.
More specifically, you'll
- Advise senior leadership on laboratory requirements and contribute to the global lab strategy across product categories and different enterprises
- Define strategic lab requirements (methods, accreditation) for internal and external networks, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Oversee lab footprint governance framework, driving standardization, efficiency, and business continuity in line with internal/external standards.
- Act proactively on evolving regulations & standards by developing methodologies, tools, and processes to assess their impact on R&D, operations, market access, and lab requirements
- Build strategic partnerships to integrate lab regulatory requirements into business processes.
- Identify Lab regulatory risks and opportunities, translating complex requirements into actionable insights for leadership and quality risk planning .
Who we’re looking for
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in regulatory and lab standards within consumer goods or regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of lab management and quality standards (e.g., ISO 17025, GLP).
- Strategic problem solver with a track record of delivering results and overcoming challenges.
- Skilled communicator with experience influencing across multicultural environments.
- Proven ability to lead multi-functional initiatives and align partners.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
